A.M.A.R Holdings Electronic Communication Policy

This Electronic Communication Policy sets out the terms of any electronic communications between you and us. This policy is a supplement to our terms and conditions www.amarholdings.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/
The information contained in any e-mail sent from us is intended for the addressee(s) only and may contain confidential and/or privileged information. It is intended only for the stated addressee(s) and access to it by any other person is unauthorised. If you are not an addressee, you must not disclose, copy, circulate or in any other way use or rely on the information contained in this e-mail. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient please notify the sender immediately and delete the e-mail and any attachments from your / the system.
If you are an addressee and you have concerns with the contents of the e-mail, please inform us at [email protected] please include a copy of the email(s) in question including the email headers.
Whilst A.M.A.R Holdings takes every care to protect its systems from virus attacks and other harmful events, we give no warranty that this message (including any attachments) is free of any virus or other harmful matter, and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the recipient receiving, opening or using it.
The mail servers of our Email hosting provider (www.amarhosting.co.uk) do log all interactions including addressees, time, date and IP addresses involved, but do not log the contents of the emails.
Under current UK legislation, like any other network provider, they may be obliged to capture, preserve and reveal to the proper Government Department details of some or all of the individual messages which the service handles, including personal data and message contents. They may then be forbidden to tell anyone that this is the case even in response to a direct question. We or they can accept no liability for any civil or criminal liability that may be incurred by the end users as a result.
Our e-mail may have passed through a server not under our or their management on their way to you and we can not control what may happen there.
Support Tickets usage
Due to the nature of Support Tickets and their integration in to email services, use of Support Tickets should be considered considered the same as use of email (please refer to the above).
Phone Calls to or from us, may be at our discretion logged, monitored and/or recorded.
No agreement or arrangement made over the phone will be considered as legally binding unless also followed up in writing or by email.
A.M.A.R Holdings use Skype (www.skype.com) to provide our telephony services as such maybe logged and/or monitored by them and/or the United States Government and/or by a third party on behalf of either. We or they can accept no liability for any civil or criminal liability that may be incurred by the end users as a result.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check our terms and conditions (www.amarholdings.co.uk/legal/) from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
